A friend's recent reaction to my ardent love for velvet was: "That is sooo 2003".
But before that, it was sooo 40's and sooo 90's, so who says it can't be 'soo 2011', better yet, soooo whenever you feel like it.
Us Litchi girls are definitely vying for the timeless fabric- one of the very few reasons we'd welcome winter/autumn weather.
We have a few velvet pieces in stock - 4 to be exact - a blazer, top, SHOES!, and a skirt (that's a whole outfit if you're extra eclectic and don't mind the occasional side-eye). Look out for a pictorial post soon.
I personally am saving my pennies to purchase a nice piece of regal vintage velvet furniture.
